摘要：网络空间安全已经成为影响国家政治、经济、社会领域的关键因素和重要课题。本文从逻辑空间的创建过程分析网络空间不安全的原因，认为二进制本身的数学模型缺陷是导致网络空间不安全的根源，提出二的幂进制数字系统，以及用二的幂进制CPU解决网络空间安全威胁的技术方法和理论思路。

Abstract:Cyberspace Security has become a key factor and an important issue in the field of politics, economy and society.This paper analyzes the reasons for the insecurity of cyberspace in the process of creating logical space,It is considered that the defect of the mathematical model of the binary number system is the source of the insecurity of the cyberspace,Propose binary power number system,And the technical methods and theoretical ideas to solve the security threats in cyberspace with binary power CPU.

1  引言

随着云计算、物联网、大数据技术的快速发展，网络空间已成为各国优先争夺的重要战略空间。[1] (P217)网络空间作为继陆、海、空、天之后的“第五维空间”，已经成为各国角逐权力的新战场。世界主要国家为抢占网络空间制高点，已经开始积极部署网络空间安全战略及网战部队。2014 年 2 月 27日，中央网络安全和信息化领导小组成立。这是国家最高层网络安全领导机构，由习近平总书记亲自担任组长。该小组的成立以规格高、力度大、立意远来统筹指导中国迈向网络强国的发展战略，在中央层面设立一个了强有力的权威性领导机构。

但是，我们应该认识到，网络空间是由人类通过技术手段创建的逻辑空间，网络空间的安全威胁本质上是由人类提供的技术缺陷所导致的。本文意在通过分析网络空间的创建过程，探索真正导致网络空间不安全的根源，找到有效的解决方法。
